Framingham Public Schools is committed to continuous improvement in literacy instruction for all students. They adopted new K-5 high quality literacy instructional materials in 2023 and have built systems and structures to support invested use of materials, shared learning, and data driven progress monitoring.

This year, Framingham will adopt HQIM in their Pre-Ks and support implementation of  new literacy materials in their middle schools across SEI as well as Dual Language programs.

Framingham’s teachers, coaches, and leaders believe in this vision for strong instruction, and the district is strongly invested in a coherent and equitable literacy education for all.
